By accessing or using ConvoScore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ConvoScore is an AI-powered analytics platform that measures how effectively developers and teams use AI coding tools. The Service analyzes conversation transcripts, generates quality scores across six dimensions, provides personalized coaching, and offers team analytics and leaderboards.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. ConvoScore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Submit false, misleading, or artificially generated conversation data
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ConvoScore and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your conversation data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the content you submit for scoring.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly per user. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ConvoScore does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. AI-generated scores and coaching are advisory and should not be the sole basis for employment or performance decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ConvoScore, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
